RB411 ethernet problem with some PC's and Linksys Router

hello,

i come across more and more support cases with our customers where the ethernet port of the RB411 does not pass traffic or only sporadic. i have not found a pattern of software version or ethernet chips so far. only that we have a number of situations where Linksys WRT54GL routers will not communicate with the RB411 anymore. i can see the “R” in the interface list but even setting speed and duplex manual does not help to solve the problem. any suggestions ?

did u check first the cable, connector, try to change the RJ45 connector first, and if it still doenst work, check the configuration.
