RB411 w/R52H and wireless compression enabled = crash/reboot

I noticed that if I turn wireless compression on when using a RB411 with a R52H card it causes the router to continuously reboot when it is in range of an AP. I’ve tested on 4 different RB411 and R52H pairs..

/interface wireless set wlan1 band=2.4ghz-b/g disabled=no compression=yes

are you using encryption?

No.. You can’t use compression and encryption at the same time..

You can take a brand new RB411 out of the bag, put a R52H on it, run the command above and it will reboot over and over again. I have also tried upgrading to RC14, and 3.0 with the same results.

What power supply are you using?

My installers in the field first discovered it using Pac Wireless POE-24i and I confirmed it in on the bench using Mikrotik PS18..

Do you have any RB411s? If so please just try it..

we are looking on this issue.
For now turn off the compression on RB411.
