I had this experience with UBNT and the support told me it’s DEAD.
About MK, I’m not sure. You can try Net install or wait for MK support to see your post!!! 
what is “not working” exactly? what is the output on the serial console? what is the status of the LED lights?

it seem you need to use the console by netsintall to re-install it.
then it will be fine.
its bit tricky to get it recover , if you want to resolve , let me know
