can RB411A support sr2, xr2 without issues..i mean is 411A is powerful enough to work with these high power cards. 30 CPE would be feeded by this comboination.

Yes of course, any RouterBoard currently made that supports radios will work fine with xr2, sr2 radio cards and they do this very well.
