RB411U - how do I get it to work?

I’ve just purchased the 411U board. After connecting my Windows 7 PC to it, Windows says the network is unidentified and I cannot log onto the board via the IP.
When using WinBox, it finds the device in the list but says it cannot connect.

Sorry for the newb question, buy what do I do?

Click on the MAC address rather than the IP address. Username is ‘admin’, password is blank. The wiki manual takes it from there.
