What is the best way for a RB411u with a 3G USB WAN to be accessed and monitored by the DUDE running on seperate Network with a DHCP WAN?

I am running Dude on a Win7 Ent. on DHCP dataline.
We are using 3G devices on RB411U boards and testing them for use in limousines.
Is there a way to get the RB411 w/3G device to let DuDe know they are up and being utilized?
These devices will only be up while the vehicle is in service. During this time we we would like to know that they are running and be aware of the data usage. We are hoping to use the DuDe to provide us with the information so that we can swap out 3G USB devices before the Data Cap causes the decrease in Data Transfer Speeds.
Test Equipment is:
{mobile units} Sprint U760 & Sprint U598 on RB411U 4.17 ROS
{dude} Win 7 Ent. Wan(dhcp) router (rb153 ROS 3.30)
