Hi Guys…

I have RB411U plus pcie Dell5530 to make m2m application.
when i am testing thisn 3G Router there are issues on “ppp-client” info;

functionality : ERROR: parsing failed or reply timeout
Current Operator : ERROR: parsing failed or reply timeout
Signal Strength : ERROR: parsing failed or reply timeout

I have installed an antena portable for this modem, but have the same error

please give me a solution.

it could mean that the specific modem doesn’t support those specific info commands.

how can I know that specific modem support those specific info commands ?

or what type of modem that support all info commands ?

we do not have such information as each modem could support different commands and not support some of them.

I have same problem with DELL D5530 card. Signal strenght is read by AT+CSQ command in debug output but (and i think that format os correct) but not shown in PPP Info as shown on screenshot.
