Before your answer, I tried factory default with reset button.
now winbox cannot find anything…

To my understanding a Mikrotik device after reset has 192.168.88.1 IP address. Make sure your WinBox machine as an IP address in the same range, 192.168.88.x. When you change the the IP address of you WinBox machine give it a chance to have the new address activated on your machine. Then try to connect to the Mikrotik at 192.168.88.1.
