where can i find the 3G GSM Antenna on the RB411UAHR???
also can i just plug any 3G GSM SIM card in the RB411UAHR and start using it??

I think you are mistaken, the RB411UAHR provides the SIM slot, so that you can plug in a minipci-e 3G radio to communicate with the 3G network.
The only radio the RB411UAHR comes inbuilt with is an 802.11b/g (Which is what the MMCX connector is for).
Once you plug a miniPCI-e 3G Radio in, that will have a connector on it to connect to an antenna.
even 3G network is based on GSM radio porpogation and if i keep this unit in a location which has poor GSM signal i definately need an antenna to boost the reception hence i needed to know how can that be done.
we do not have a miniPCIe radio in our country.

i need to deliver internet over a span of area using mikrotik boards coupled with sector antennas.
primary problem. no ISP present in the area. Only GSM networks avaliable. can use 3G on the GSM network.
how do i terminate the 3G on a mikrotik board? which mikrotik board to use? how to gain access to the internet using the mikrotik board with 3G.
You will need to use either a compatible USB 3G Modem or compatible 3G Mini-Pci-E Card, and an External 3G Antenna.
