when i power up the router rb433 the lan ports do show up working the green light on the side ones after the beep when the blue light only comes on all the lan ports stop working it show’s a weakennss of power supply after the beep also i can t reset the board what could be the problem?
It’s new RB or you take it from some installation? What you see on serial output? What PSU you use?

i think is the IC175C chip it contain the phy.
Perhaps the ports are disabled in software.
Connect to the device via serial port and reset the configuration or boot it via Netboot and reflash it.
Try to use the console cable to connect it.
See what message you getting from the RouterBoard.
