RB433 and the thrid slot?

Greetings All,

I’ll prepface this a ‘I’m new to routerboard and mikrotik’ and I tried searching but didn’t find anything.

I have a RB433AH with three slots, and only two of them seem to recoginize wireless cards. Is this normal?

Specifically the one closest to the card on the top of the board. I’ve tested with one and two cards inserted.

please plug the wireless card into the slot where is doesn’t recognize the card and make the support output file and send it to support@mikrotik.com
Also it is the top slot or the bottom slot?
What wireless card you tried?
