rb433 and Ubiquiti XR3.5

Hello,
I am trying to get a ptp link going using two rb433 routerboards and two xr3.5 cards.
I can not get them to even see each other and have been working on this for days.
I have been using mikrotik and ubiquiti products for years on the 2.4 band with success.
Can anyone give me a hand on why this setup will not work? This is not deployed in
the field as of yet since I can not even make it work on the bench.

If you’re US based set your scan-list=5765,5770,5775 on both radios. I found that once I did this my radio’s linked up. If you’re outside the US then set your scan list to be what frequencies are supported by your country.
