RB433 can not install user manager

Tried to install user manager on RB433 but it didn’t work.
log print without-paging:
system,error can not install user-manager-3.30: it is not made for mips, but for powerpc

I though user manager would work or mips or powerpc. What is the problem?

Wow! One week and no response. Not even from Normis or anyone else from MikroTik. Am I missing something?

Sounds like you downloaded a powerpc version of user manager, instead of a mips version.

Go to http://www.mikrotik.com/download.html, select the RB400 series, select your version and ensure that whatever file you download has ‘mips’ in the filename.

Now that was simple enough. I now realize that I inadvertently selected the RB300 series download instead of the RB400 series…300 is powerpc and 400 is mips. I forgot which card I would downloading for. Thanks for your help!
