RB433 "Cannot allocate memory"

Hi,
On the RB433 was this problem:

RouterBOOT booter 2.15

RouterBoard 433

CPU frequency: 300 MHz
  Memory size: 64 MB

Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
loading kernel from nand... OK
setting up elf image... OK
jumping to kernel code
init started
Starting...
/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: 21: cannot create /var/run/utmp: Cannot allocate memory
System halted.

The problem has become suddenly. There was no power failure, because the router was connected to a UPS. Mikrotik version was 3.25.
Someone knows what could be causing this?
Router is installed away from the office so I would like to avoid such surprises in the future.

Try to run memtest.

I did a memtest and nothing showed. I installed ROS 3.27 with NetInstall (it wasn’t 3.28 yet) and for now it works.
