RB433 Dead after update to 5.11

Hello guys,

i’m updating a RB433 form ROS 4.7 to the latest 5.11.
After copying the .npk to files menu in winbox, and reboot it.
I cannot ping the RB433 IP and it cannot detected with winbox.

The eth0 seems to be working when i plug it to a switch port, but i cannot detect anything.

What should i do ? If i have to take the RB433 down from the tower and push the reset button,
is it gonna solve the problem ?

no that will not solve the problem
you will have to format the mt by consol cable
this will solve the problem .

If you can physically get access to the board’s connection at the bottom of the tower via it’s CAT5 connection, have you tried connecting via MAC-WInbox? Does it get listed when you click the […] search button in WInbox?
