RB433 field booting after upgrade

Hi
i have RB433 after i upgrade it from ROS 3.2 to 4.5 and i have the license for that, when i reboot the board it field to boot at all.
i connect the board with consel cable and i just the rubbish the hyper terminal .
i tryed to update the boot-loader with xmodem but there is no response from it…
plz can any one help me?

Make sure you have correct baud-rate configured, as there should be information in console (not rubbish).

i use the default baud-rate that i used before with other Router board. i use the 9600 and the output if rubbish

plz what i should do???

That is why it is rubbish. The correct settings are 115200-8-N-1

now i use the correct baud-rate and i dont see the rabbis but the broad still wont boot up the output of the console say.

Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
loading kernel from nand… OK
setting up elf image… OK
jumping to kernel code
Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.


Do have any idea about how can i solve this problem
