Pls, Help I’m unable to access userman.
After configuring my RB433, I could not access userman.
somebody pls, help.
Userman is not a standard program. It must be downloaded from the download page.

Select the “all packages”. The “view content” link will show what is in the package, including user manager.

Upload the package file into the router (ftp), and then reboot the router.
@SurferTim, Pls put me through how to go about it. I have dowloaded the file but dont know how to upload it into my router.
I am a Linux guy, so modify to suit your ftp software. I use gFTP.
Start gFTP.
Connect to your router. Same user/password as http or ssh.
Select the package file in your computer files list.
Select upload.
Once complete, disconnect.
Then I go to my router and check.
/file print
The upgrade package should now be there. Then
/system reboot
To check if the upgrade was successful after the reboot,
/file print
The upgrade package file should be gone.
@SurferTim, can it be done through GUI winbox.
In a way. If you have an ftp server with the upgrade package on it, you can use
/tool fetch
on the router.
