I have two boards with similar symptoms.
First blue led shine led501-504 is also on but no boot, no console output.
Second blue and green led on led501-504 on but no boot, no console output.
It is hardware problem is anyone try to resolve similar failure what can be problem broken processor, ram, nand anyone have experience with this type of failure ?

I have this same issue, and I also found this youtube video, which I watched and the symptoms are the same, same voltages, same heat on the chip..

Just not sure if I want to try and remove an IC off this board.
I think this was an issue before, and maybe MT knows about this issue?
I’m a little pissed because I only used mine in a test environment with a total of about 2 hours use on it, and it sat on a shelf since then, and now this problem… I am not a happy camper!
Anyone want it? 
Ether 2 and 3 lights are lit dimly as well, IE very dim!
