Ive soldered 2 chips of SDRAM DDR400 the same as other board use it

these are chip taken from the RB433 board (hynix each 32Mb)
but I still cant get a bootloader to upgrade it by software, electronically support now, someone who can help me.
if someone knows where to modify or has a RB433AH so and copy the files on the PM25LV512 serial flash memory, and compared with mine, we can know where to modify the ram address.
