RB433 Wireless Gate Configuration

I’m having some problems in configuring some Router Board 433s to perform as shown in the attached file wlangateway.png.

I currently have this working using one RB433 for the gateway and three other RB433s, using eth1 and eth2, for the NAT. But this is all connected via cat5 cable. What I would like to do, is remove the cabling from the gateway to the routers by using the Atheros AR5413 cards via wlan1. So far I have had no success. Is this possible? And what are the configuration steps required?

Any help will be greatly appreaciated.

I don’t follow, why do you have same network/IP behind all the routers?

tcp, udp is used to communicate between the various pieces of the system. Which are set to use the same ip address. 10.100 for the controller, 10.110 for the remote display, etc. There are usually several systems in various stages of the build.
