RB433AH can't downgrade with netinstall

I’ve got 3 RB433AH’s that are all doing the same thing. Wondering if i might be doing something wrong.

They came with 3.23 but I’m trying trying to go back to 3.15. I formated and ran netinstall and installed the “routeros-mipsbe-3.15.npk” package. It appeared to be successful. It prompted for the reboot. Once it reboots it says “kernel failure.” It appears as if nothing got installed on the NAND. Tried different computers and nothing. Now i went ahead and installed the “routeros-mipsbe-3.23.npk” package. It appeared to install slower. One differece I noticed is a bunch of ###### going across the screen. Once i reboot I’m back running again.

Why can’t I install 3.15??? I even tried the 3.14 and 3.13 .mpk package and get the same results.

Any idea’s?

I think you should downgrade firmware…or the .npk file is corrupted.

But why 3.15 instead of 3.23? it is almost the same

is this MT/TRANZEO disconnect issue still resolved in 3.23?

I’m so scared of that and all the nightmares it caused it is keeping me from upgrading my network

I have same issue, was not able to donwgrade RB-1000 that comes with 3.23 to 31.3, have to do it because the 3.23 has many issues, anyone know what is wrong? I tried Dude with force option, neither works, i know package is not corrupted, this have to be an issue on this version.
I also tried Netinstall without luck.
