RB433AH freezes

Hello!
I searched forum for error like in my RB433 but nothing similar.
After some random times routerboard freezes and LEDs LD501-504 are ON

All voltages are OK, I replaced all elcos with new one.
Format NAND, netinstall with OS 6.19, no luck.
Some diagnostic:

your choice: t - do memory testing

This may take some time, ESC aborts testing

Mem test is OK but there is some bad-blocks:

                   uptime: 3m38s

                 platform: MikroTik

0.8% , not big but there it is.
So far I cant find any reason why that occurs at random time.
Works longer when it is “cold” !?
Bad joint or bad 40MHz oscillator !?
Any idea are welcome !

I haven’t had any problems with 6.19 on the 433 series yet, but it never hurts to downgrade and rule out the possibility of a software bug. Is downgrading an option for you?

Any option is good if I can get it work again !

Downgrade:

After 3-5min LETs are on, router freeze,
LAN, serial, nothing works.
That is hardware problem but what!?
