RB433AH has no software key after upgrade

Hello support Mikrotik…
I tried to email to support@mikrotik.com yesterday… until now i just only get auto reply, and no answer until now… That why I write to this forum.

I only get 03:54:50 left on my Mikrotik RB433AH…

I’d upgrade my RB433AH ROS from 3.xx to 5.23. After upgrade, I update license, but failed invalid request received!.
I tried to downgrade to 4.17, and tried to update license, but still no luck.

Unfortunately, I forgot to backup the key first before upgrade…

Please help me immediately… before time runs out…

Finally the new key arrived at my email at 21 Feb… after 3 days expired…
