This model has a serial port. You should find a serial cable + usb/serial adapter, and see what it says when booting.

im trying to fix my bord via RS232, i’ve got that situacion:

It looks like your installation is broken (unable to start from internal storage)
RouterBoard will try to start from netinstall.
I would setup netinstall on your PC, hook it up to port 1 of the routerboard and see if it boots.
If so, install a proper RouterOS version via netinstall.

i’ve been trying…same thing

I had the same problem with my Mikrotik https://routerboard.com/RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN
I finally did it with the following steps:

  1. I have used the program Tera Term Web 3.1 http://wiki.meconet.de/doku.php/mikrotik/rb/routerboot_seriell_updaten
  2. I have used another notebook (computer) with Netinstall. This finally recognized the device …

I believe that the virus scanner or a firewall can cause problems.

Rosi

is it? let me have a look, and i will let you know.

Thanks

For sure that your firewall could have some negative impact on your tries.
Just temporarily disable your firewall completely on your PC.

would you like to help me, this is on German my german is terrible, so i’ve got problem with this one, how can i do?btw im using rb433ah

Check this: http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall

It is quite simple job.

BartoszP is not going. I’ve been fixed so many MT via netinstal, but one of them is’t going  Did you see up of the topic what kind of message i had?
