Both ends RIC522 + RB333 and R52 in wds bridge, connection tracking off. Distance 10 kilometers Rssi both ends ~ -70-72 48Mbps/36Mbps stable for months. Throughtput w turbo 20/20 wo turbo 15/10 real traffice no problem.
The anomaly started as we changed the RB333 to RB433AH in RIC522C + R52H, at one end, we noticed, that when the traffice was rising up about 4Mbit /2Mbit the link goes to 6Mbps/6Mbps therefore the rssi was stable ~ -67 -70.’
At first we thought that it could be some incopatiblity of R52 on one end and R52H on the other, so we changed the other end also to RB433AH + R52H. So the rssi goes better ~ -67 -68 48Mbps/48Mbps but until the traffice was rising the link goes 6Mbps/6Mbps
It couldn’t be the noise we changed back to RB333 and R52/R52H no problem at all
And no matter what channel turbo or not , doing bandwidth test kills the link and the throughtput is ~2-3Mbit real traffice.
Also we tested RB433AH with R52 cards - same results…
And the most interesting thing, we tested the same config RB433AH R52 and also R52H in totally other place, with distance of 3 kilometers !!! Again 6Mbps/6Mbps
Only solution (temporary) was Nstream - but that is not solution in my opinion, as we need to use those links also for client purposes PtmP links!!!
All the stuff was using the latest (3.13) soft w latest bios.
Please test those rb-s there must be something wrong.
