Hi. First of all sorry if my english skill is not good.
I've configured a simple scenario following a mikrotik guide.
There is 3 interfaces working on; WAN, LAN ( private ) and HOTSPOT. Each one has it's own IP address.
It seems all is working fine. I've created a user account and I can login successfull into the captive portal.
The problem is I can't use skype, whatsapp, ftp or other service. Only works HTTP. I've tried with a Iphone and PC.
I've not created any firewall rule, and I've activated uPnP as Mikrotik Wiki explains but the problem still remains.
This is Firewall shown:
