I am new to Mikrotik routers and am needing some help… here is the way I have things setup right now:
I have an RB450 which has ether5 bridged (uplinked to an RB433 - ether5 is the master port on the RB450 and ether2,3 are switch ports)
I have a DSL connection on ether4
I need to be able to connect to devices on the RB433 through the internet, but the internet connection is only connected to the RB450.
Any Suggestions??? thanks for the help!
if you are already on R433 you can use /ip neighbor to control RB450 but it will be terminal
unless you need add same ip range for bothe port and for you’r pc
Going to need more information about your setup, a diagram of your network setup and what your goals are would be very helpful as well.
If you have a bridge on port 5 of the 450, what are the other ports that are members of it? The bridge will not extend over to the 433 if that is what you are expected it to do.
