rb450g eth1 only works when in a bridge?

Hi,

just bought a couple rb450g , reset all configurations and only its only accessible when i put the eth1 in a bridge…

for example, winbox , telnet, web, mikrotik discovery protocol, nothing works in the first eth port on the rb450G. All the services works in the other four ports..

is this a common behavior of the 450g? ( mikrotik services only works in eth1 when in a bridge?)

If default configuration is applied, then ether1 is configured as wan port. All mac connections, winbox an other connections are dropped. Use other ports to connect to router or do not apply default configuration at all.

thanks, and blame on me rsrs :slight_smile: didn’t looked at the firewall filters the default configuration addded.
