RB450G power supply trouble

Hi,
I bought a RB450G on Ebay. It starts without any problems the first time, I could setup IP address for ETH1 with Winbox, all OK.
But I shut off the power supply and restart it a few hours later.
It doesn’t start anymore, and I can hear a small noise near to the big inductor.
I took voltage measurement around rt9206 and 9960GM Mosfets and found 1V on L803. I think I should find 3V3.
I found only 5V on pin2 of RT9206.

Any idea ?

If the RB450G is old it may have faulty electrolytic capacitors. Sometimes they have bulged tops or bottoms and there’s discoloration due to electrolyte leakage.
