i am using RB450g version 4.11, we are given bandwidth trough rb450g PIN(rechare base) base and BULK( bandwidth base) both are login but pin base user are perfectly working,bulk user are every 5min logout and login. please give the sagesion .

what is used? (hotspot maybe?) what login, etc.
we have had this problem and havent been able to find a solution. Most of our users use the cisco linksys brand of routers and the are set up using pppoe with a auto MTU and a keep alive of 30 seconds. We currently have one TIK WinBox ver 5.6 on a RB1000 board and about a dozen users log in and their uptime starts out at 30 seconds begins to count down to zero then the uptime coutner increases until between 10 and 30 seconds then theey disconnect and reconnect and the same process begins. We are baffled because this doesnt happen on every tik it is very random. We are using Motorola Canopy to feed our customers bandwidth. Any help or thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
