I have a problem with RB450G.
I need to setup vlanX and vlanY on port 3 to the bridge1 with port 5 witch doesnt contain any VLAN.
When I setup IP address on vlanX, everything is OK, but when I setup IP address on bridge1 and add vlanX into this bridge, I lose the connection to the device after this vlanX.
I have no switch or something between RB450G and the device.
On RB450 or RB433 works fine, but on RB450G doesnt work anymore with same setup.
I gues, taht it maybe caused by switch chip atheros.
Blank configuration is the same on all RouterBOARDs, despite of the model (probably additional configuration is left from the default configuration).
Run /system reset-configuration no-defaults=yes (just make sure to have local access to router).
Add the same configuration that is used on RouterBOARD 433 or RouterBOARD 450. It should work on RouterBOARD 450G too.

But you are wrong. Same configuration doesnt work. It was realy caused by switch chip (I think).
I just switch/port/VLAN mode disable and reboot device.
RB450 has switch chip and RB433 has switch chip too. If you could provide us with more detailed information about the configuration and details, which configuration is working and which is not.
RB433 and RB450 has ICPlus175D switch chip and RB450G and RB750G has Atheros8316.
ICPlus175D doesnt support Host, VLAN and Rule table and Atheros8316 does.
For this reason is switch/port/VLAN mode disable on device with ICPlus175D cause they doesnt supprort it. But on device with Atheros8316 chip (probably also with Atheros7240 chip) is switch/port/VLAN fallback in default.
With fallback vlan-mode vlan interface in bridge doesnt work, with disable vlan-mode everything works fine.
