RB493 wireless issues

I have a RB493 with version 5.1.2 loaded on it with a wireless n card (not sure which one). I am having an issue where android phone users can not connect to the wireless network but mac, pc, iphones, and ipads can no problem. The android says connecting too the wifi then shuts the phone’s wifi off and multiple android devices and os updates. Any ideas I have multiple android users and need to get them on this new router!

This is what wireless print says:

/interface wireless> print
Flags: X - disabled, R - running
0 R name=“wlan1” mtu=1500 mac-address=00:0C:42:66:2A:08 arp=enabled
interface-type=Atheros 11N mode=ap-bridge ssid=“<” frequency=2412
band=2ghz-b/g/n channel-width=20mhz scan-list=default
wireless-protocol=unspecified wds-mode=disabled wds-default-bridge=none
wds-ignore-ssid=no bridge-mode=enabled default-authentication=yes
default-forwarding=yes default-ap-tx-limit=0 default-client-tx-limit=0
hide-ssid=no security-profile=default compression=no

Change your wireless-protocol=unspecified to wireless-protocol=802.11

done and still not working… Was also told to make it just b/g so I did and still nothing…

/interface wireless> print
Flags: X - disabled, R - running
0 R name=“wlan1” mtu=1500 mac-address=00:0C:42:66:2A:08 arp=enabled
interface-type=Atheros 11N mode=ap-bridge ssid=“<” frequency=2412
band=2ghz-b/g channel-width=20mhz scan-list=default
wireless-protocol=802.11 wds-mode=disabled wds-default-bridge=none
wds-ignore-ssid=no bridge-mode=enabled default-authentication=yes
default-forwarding=yes default-ap-tx-limit=0 default-client-tx-limit=0
hide-ssid=no security-profile=default compression=no

Try a more simple SSID just for giggles like “joy” without the quotes.
