RB493AH Hanging issue on v5.20

I’ve just experienced a couple of issues over the weekend, 3 separate RB493AH’s hang and need to be rebooted to work again. The first one that hung was on Saturday, a completely different site. While the other 2 hung early hours of this morning.

has anyone else experienced this, or offer any advice on how to correct the issue.

Please let me know if any info is needed from my end.

We have not had this problem at all and have probably 100+ we manage. What do you mean by hang? Did you try to connect via serial during the problem to see what was happening?

Thanks, have figured out what had happened - Our upstream provider had switched providers on their side.
