Hello,
I have two new RB493GAH and I have problem on both of them: one router was yesterday working without problem - I have set it up. When I tried to start it today morning, it did not start.
I have connected the second router and result was the same - no start. I have checked power and have taken another power-supply (24V instead 12V) - with no change.
I have connected through RS232 port to serial console and here is boot-output of BOTH routers:
RouterBOOT booter 3.18
RouterBoard 493G
CPU frequency: 680 MHz
Memory size: 256 MiB
NAND size: 128 MiB

I have tried to reinstall firmware through NetInstall tool - seems install result was OK, but after reboot was the same result.
I configured up to 10 routers RB493 and RB493G within last 5 years - in the same environement (the same power supply, switch and PC) but there was never similar problem.
What can be wrong?
What should I do now?
Thanks
