Could it be due to the Ethernet chipset issue?
we have a lot of issue recently which the Ethernet will not working suddenly…

what ethernet issue? can you describe the problem ?
The issue is the Ethernet suddenly not working, we have to reboot it then it work well again.
But this will keep repeating randomly.
currently we using the system scheduler to ping 30 times, if reply = o then it will reboot.
Most the RB411 having this issue.

we have no information about such problem. contact support with supout.rif files and instructions how to reproduce this issue.
