Today I download new version of router os, and Update rb500 from 3.2 to 3.6.
After update rb take problems: unstable ping, clients can’t connect by the wireless(connection time out).
What the metter is?

First thing I would do is go in to the RB500 in terminal mode or use winbox, then open a new terminal under winbox (left hand menu - new terminal). Do a " /system routerboard " [enter], now at this prompt, do " print " [enter]. If the current firmware is older that the available firmware then do " upgrade firmware " [enter] andswer " yes " and then [enter].
This will make sure your underlying RB firmware (not the ROS) is current. Do a reboot just to make sure…
If this doesn’t help then you need to tell us/show us your config. Especially since the issues you are having are on the wireless side - it could well be your settings are off in the new ROS 3.6
