I did a regular backup using export compact show-sensitive on my rb5009 v7.16 and it took a few minutes with high cpu usage and in the file I had
#error exporting “/ip/ipsec/identity” (timeout)
#error exporting “/ip/ipsec/policy” (timeout)
#error exporting “/ip/ipsec/settings” (timeout)
and after it finished I have non stop 100% cpu usage by ipsec.
BTW I am not using ipsec. I have no entries.
Since it is on a datacenter and many VMs are behind it I haven’t rebooted it. Could I “fix” it somehow without rebooting?
btw I rebooted upgrading to 7.19.1 and after the reboot it was nice and calm.
I reissued the same command /export compact show-sensitive file=… and it worked in 1" and no weird cpu usage afterwards.
