Well, strictly speaking there can be several different reasons why you cannot ping your server from your PC.

What counts for troubleshooting is primarily whether you can ping the server from the RB5009.

The model you have (but things may change with RouterOS versions and/or SFP+ hardware revisions) is reported as woirking on Mikrotik devices:
