RB5009 ether2 and ether3 not working correctly

Hello to the world,

In a failure search i found that the ether2 and ether3 ports of my RB5009 not working correctly. They going to running state if I plug a device in there, but they don´t answer to ARP requests for example and aren´t functional in general.

Can someone help me please?

Backward!!
It was RADIUS Auth active on the two ports! That I don´t see! Now it´s off and now it works well!!
