Hi all,

I recently upgraded my home router from a RB750Gr3 to a RB5009UG+S+
With the new router i have issues with my OpenVPN client interface.
It seems to drop all traffic after a couple of minutes.
I have to disable the interface, wait for a couple of seconds an re-enable the interface.
Than traffic flows again for a couple of minutes.

I found the issue, when i routed the traffic over the VPN the router itself was not reachable anymore.
After altering the mangle rule to exclude the router address everything began to work.
