Hey,
i got today my rb5009 and the first thing what i tried was to repartioning the storage. So that i can keep the “stable” pre Installed Firmware 7.0.5 and upgrade to latest RC.
Sadly partitioning is not working, after failing on 7.0.5 i upgrade to latest RC 7.1rc7 but still paritioning is not working.
Any idea?

Just got my RB5009. Same problem, even with the latest 7.2rc1.
When i try to repartition the device, everything seems to work but after the reboot there’s only 1 partition.
I tried Web, Winbox and Telnet.
Will that be fixed in the future or is this feature not supported on this device?

Is it supposed to be available on the RB5009?
According to the docs, it is only supported on MIPS, TILE and PowerPC RouterBOARD, and the RB5009 is ARM64.
Yes, it is supposed to support partitioning. I have CCR2004 as welll which is also a arm64 based, and it can be repartitioned.
It seems that docs are a bit outdated. Partitioning works on audience which is ARM (it’s not usable with wifiwave2 driver though, not enough space to do upgrades if flash is partitioned).
