I start a new setup with RB5009Pr+S+IN and 2 cAP ax.
Since I’m brand new with ROS7 (currently I’m using a ROS6 landscape), I have a question about capsman manager.
I have a Wifi menu, i.e. the WiFi Capsman as described here (https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/spaces/ROS/pages/224559120/WiFi#WiFi-WiFiCAPsMAN).
Is that correct ? when would you install the legacy capsman ? do i still need to install packages for cAP ax ? (wifi-qcom, wireless??). Thanks for the initial help

Upgrade all devices to at least 7.18.2.
(if you go via netinstall process, make sure to add corresponding wifi-qcom as well on cap AX)
Then reset cap AX to CAPS mode.
On RB5009 you configure everything under wifi menu, no need to install additional packages. All basic hooks are present since 7.13 for any ROS device to acts as capsman manager for AX devices.
