Hi All,
I have just got 2 x rb5009ug+s+in and rack mounted them with the k-79. I am trying to power them both via PoE and after looking at my switch I am seeing power only being delivered to 1 of the routers even know both routers are on.
If I unplug the router that the switch is advising that power is being delivered too then both will go off and after a few seconds the other will power on and I can see power being delivered by the switch.
If I power the routers up not rack mounted they both behave as expected and the switch shows them both having power delivered. If I plug a cable in between them then I end up in the same situation where only one is showing being powered even know both are on.
I have tried a Cisco PoE and UniFi PoE switch and get the same results…
Any ideas?
