RouterOS 7.19.6, model RB5009UG+S+ with pihole on container.
My traffic is low and constant, every day but the memory usage is growing constantly !
So, who is in fault here?
You can't find out on 7.19.x. 7.20+ has /container/print proplist=memory-current to view current memory usage of containers.

Increase of memory usage on itself is not really an issue, especially not if there is still about 50% left.
It's only an issue when unused pages are not released anymore when it reaches max at which point Out Of Memory condition occurs.
Don't forget: memory is there to be used.
I totally agree with you but I just don’t understand why usage increases while I do not add new block lists, I don’t have increasing traffic etc etc
Who says it comes from PiHole ?
It's impossible to determine so it might as well be ROS itself causing this (minor) increase.
Again, as long as it doesn't cause OOM, there is no problem.
