Since the RB5009UPr+S+IN use a NAND storage, would it be enough to manage a small container? I’m thinking to put in the unifi controller to control the APS. Thoughts?

RB5009 has 1GB RAM in total. A running unifi controller instance requires 1-2GB RAM (can be more depending on number of managed devices), so most likely you will run into out of memory issues.

Be very careful not do cause unnecessary writing to the filesystem and wear out the NAND.
