Rb532 And demo licence expired

Hello to all . Happy new year

I have a strange problem and i dont know if my board is dead

When i attach it via serial port and see the booting says

Demo licence expired.

System halted .

I dont know what to do , i have already tried to add the licence via netinstall but it recognize it as false and i dont know what to do .

Any help is welcome . thanks

why to pay again for something i have already payed ? it supposed the licence is inside the routerboard and come with it .

At first this is a user to user forum and not the MikroTik support channel or division!

If you have bought the RouterBoard brand new from a distributor, you are right and it should comes with an
License, but then you should go there, where you have bought the RouterBoard and ask for!!!

And if you where buying this RouterBoard from a normal person or private you should ask him/her for the License.

Perhaps this RouterBoard was shipped with a license and you was also formatting and/or reinstalling or upgrading the
installed RouterOS, by not using the Netinstall method!? This is still the only method what is recommended for doing so.

Where you were buying the RouterBoard?
From a local dealer or distributor?

Its not a new router is an old . about 6 years , but if i have the licence why to pay again for this ? is not normal

but the problem is that DONT recognize it at all ..

I know that is a user forum and not mikrotik
