RB532 Hotspot Directory not showing in Files

I have a new RB532 and none of the files are showing up in the file list. I am running 2.9.1 and I have tried to downgrade to 2.9 and upgrade to 2.9.1 again and I still don’t see any files listed in the file list. Has anyone else seen this? I have a machine running 2.9.1 on a regular pc and it is showing the files fine.

You find them, when configure html-directory for HotSpot and than FTP to Router.

Exactly files do not appear in file list in Winbox/
