Hello, I had to downgrade a couple of RB500s because they were keeping rebooting each some minutes.
I think it is a 3.6 problem because I saw the same behavior in both RBs:
In log I saw:
system rebooted because of kernel failure
In routerboard settings I saw the same:
routerboard: yes
model: “532”
serial-number: “0B8201DB329B”
current-firmware: “”
upgrade-firmware: “2.12”
after downgrading to v3.2 the rebooting problem disappeared.
BTW: What is the most stable version “besides” v3.6? I ask this because when I had v3.4 sometimes I lost the wireless link. this is very important for me because I have to drive about 8 hours to reboot a failed hop.
