RB532 Sudeenly STOP

I have just reboot RB532, Now it is Not booting.
If i start again, Only one Blue LED are blinking continuos…What hapen

Try reboot again ) I mean turn off and on power

There was a defective batch of 532’s that went out a couple months ago (October/November) and those were the symptoms. Attached is the file from Mikrotik explaining the symptoms and solutions.. I’ve removed the capacitor from a number of boards and they work fine afterwards..
