I have 532A roterboard 2.9.11 OS (1.5 loader).
When I try update license for upgrade to version 4.10 or 3.30, requires login/password.
Earlier I updated routerboard 133C and x86, problems with update license did not appear.
That I do wrong?

the only solution in your place would be to use Netinstall and reinstall with the new RouterOS.
Hmm… Strange. Mikrotik.com promises lifetime license… Besides my routerboard work normally…
I have figured out a way to fix it on production devices with out having to pull them. First backup the current license. Then request a demo license for the same software id and install that but do not reboot yet. Upload 2.9.51 to the device then reboot. It will use the updated demo license and allow the software to update. Once it is back up and on the new version just paste your old license back in and it will be fixed. The only problem with this solution is with OSPF but that is fixed with installing a static default route before you update the software and then remove it once you are done. I have used this on over a dozen devices remotely. Once you get the software up to 2.9.51 then just upgrade to 3.30, update bootloader, and then off to 4.x.
demo license should not allow upgrade, AFAIR…
anyway, upgrade to higher version (>2.9.27, probably), then your license will allow you upgrade to v3. then upgrade to v3 and update your license
The demo license does allow upgrade to a newer 2.9.x version so once it is upgraded and the original license is restored you can then upgrade to v3 then to v4. My method is only needed if you are working with an old expired 2.9.x license which we had about two dozen of them in service from one of the companies we bought up.
